Seat 1A still problematic on the 77W?
Hello,

I have read that seat 1A has been a problem in the past on the 777-300 (77W), in that it becomes "non-operational" and people have to be moved to another seat (or downgraded!) before the flight.

Does anyone know if this continues to be an issue?
