First of all, I presume you slipped a decimal place and meant 2,000 nights. Secondly, since the threshold of 2 million is total points, all bonuses count. With the platinum 50% bonus you're down to 1,300-ish nights. If you also use the credit card with its 5 points/dollar on Marriott spend, you're back down to 1000 night minimum. That's not even counting other bonuses and/or credit card spending.
