The ticket was purchased by an individual, on aa.com, and not by the Travel Agent.
Just curious.
If the agent wasn't involved with this ticket, why would you go to the agent to get the info, instead of to AA? As noted, the ticket number is more useful than the PNR. Is the person requesting the ticket the purchaser or person who used the ticket?
