Can Travel Agent see old PNR info?
Can a travel agent, see the PNR (ticket info: fare, class of service, etc) of a ticket that already has been used? If that know the ticket number and / or locator number.
The ticket was purchased by an individual, on aa.com, and not by the Travel Agent.
Just curious.
