This is exactly what I got from Hilton BBN, which also quoted the Oct. 3 change of program.

This is true. Pre Oct. 3 these bungalows are priced at 50K points per night. Comparing with BBN's King Lagoon Suite also priced at 50K per night, Moorea has a huge advantage, but, these two deals are all gone now.
