I tweeted earlier today and exchanged emails with a Hilton rep, but the exchange has not really developed (yet?) and I kindly requested that the complaint be forwarded internally as appropriate. I've been tweeting and retweeting since. Next up: Facebook.

Anther good idea might be to bring this to the attention of some of the travel bloggers.
