Excellent flight. Great crew. A reminder that BD has good staff, and delivers a good experience to its passengers more often than not. The only tarnish was arriving at LHR on a domestic gate (110) and being bussed off, but as one passenger said, "it saves all that walking, so it really doesn't make any difference".
+1^. Had a wonderful flight on BD 894 last week, took BA back yesterday as I wanted to leave in the afternoon. BD miles better than BA- wonderful crew, friendly and helpful compared to the grumpy lot in BA.
