Rearrange flights
I would like to rearrange one flight on my Around-The-World ticket (in December) which I booked via travel agency. The contact person on the hotline just told me that I have to contact my travel agent, because they won't do that. The travel agency is on vacation at the moment and I am afraid I am not able to get free seats if I wait for them to come back.
Is it really true that Air New Zealand can not rearrange the flight data?
