Take YVR to waterfront then transfer and go one more stop to burrard. You'll be right in front of hyatt. Very convenient and takes about 35-40 min total.
You can buy a 10-pack book of tickets at 7-11 downstairs in domestic terminal if you plan to use public transport and avoid paying YVR surcharge. Evenings and weekends it's a single zone everywhere.
