I was there two days ago. Not sure if it's an old lounge or not as it was my first time through Kigali. From first impressions it seems like a nice lounge, all new decor and a reasonable selection of local and imported drinks and snacks. There is also a glass wall from where you can sit with a beer and wave to all the passengers travelling in economy waiting at the gate next to the lounge!
