You are allowed an open-jaw and a stop-over. However, I'm a little confused about the placement of your open-jaw. You are stopping in NRT and continuing on to your final destination. Then you are leaving from HKG or PVG? Are you stopping in PEK too? You can't stop in PVG and PEK. It's one or the other.
Basically with both an open-jaw and stopover, you can see 3 cities. Open jaw has to be at the destination (or origin), not enroute.
