If you think you deserve to sit in CW then you can just by booking and paying the approrpiate fare.
Why shouldnt a company give benefit to its employees when and where it can without adding large costs to pass on to its customers?
Well of course it is in the interest of customers and shareholders to provide employees with cost free benefits. However if said benefits could also be given to customers to improve customer loyality then it is a difficult decision to make.
