We gate checked a stroller with BA last week, or so I thought. It may have been that the cab crew took and stowed it for us, she did say something about putting it in an overhead to make sure we had it in LHR. It worked out just fine. It was waiting for us at the gate in LHR when we got off the plane for our stopover.

We again gate checked it when leaving LHR. When we arrived at our final destination it was not there though! We didn't get it until we were through customs. It was in a special section near the baggage claim area. I was a bit surprised and none too pleased with how that worked out.
