"343" is a 2-class airplane, if there is some confusion there. It refers to a A340-300, not 3 classes. CX only has F class on its 747s and 777-300ERs. As for compensation, how did you pay for the ticket?

I asked my client and they used a consolidator to buy the F ticket. Generally, I would use our corporate travel agency to make the booking but couldn't resist when they wanted to use FC for me. (We are restricted to flying in Econ, regardless.)
