Nice TR. I have not flown the 757 flat bed yet. But wonder how the bulkhead seats are on that plane.
The 777 bulkheads (especially seat 8E, 8D) have great space for the legs (for taller people).
Also, if you get a chance to fly CO BF product again, perhaps you can ask them if they will give you a different meal choice (in case something else is leftover).
