Late departure due to missing Pilots.
Plane leaves 35 minutes late.
IFE does not work at all.
No compensation allowed for inactive IFE on AC flights under 3 hours I was informed. new rule or cheap AC.
crew was fast and efficinet handing out drinks and new Kraft food bar??
arrive late as per expected.
Quick to the gate and door was open in seconds it seemed.
