Question Is the Jamaican "Departure Tax" Truly Included in Ticket Price?

Another question for everyone...

Last time I flew to MBJ, I was on JetBlue and my wife and I each had to hand over cash for each of us (I think it was around $15 per person?) as a "Departure Tax." I had thought that all my taxes were included in my fare, but I guess they weren't. In my "A" Fare Ticket, the taxes and fees do list a "Departure Tax" as being included -- but, does anyone know if I still have to pay a cash per-person fee upon check-in at MBJ?

Thanks!
