Many thanks. To make things even more agonizing, my flights are funded by BA miles, which limits me when making changes to the hours that the Executive Club is open. I personally think that is ridiculous - airlines are about moving goods and services around the world, yet BA can only serve members in their home domicile. So in theory, if CX releases an award at 2300 EST, I have to wait until 0730 when the EC office opens.
