While all other airlines print the letter F on the boarding pass for passengers holding an award ticket in first class and also the same thing apply to business class travel, LH is going against the norm by printing the letters O and I on the boarding pass to let their staff know that the BP holder is flying on an award ticket not on revenue ticket
Shouldn't LH stop that kind of insult to its passengers, who are flying on an award ticket, assuming that the award ticket is something we earned not got it from LH on a charity auction ?
