Can you fly into CVG cheaper? Bigger airport and less than an hour from WPAFB.
The drive is probably more than a day trip as you will want a good bit of time at the museum.
When you get to the museum first thin heck out the bus schedule to the remote hangar it's got some good stuff in it.
