  1. When I try and book a flight, about 50% of the time I get this page: http://storage.flybmi.com/unavailable.html
  2. Manage My Booking does not remember your bookings
  3. The website logs you out constantly and you have to log in again
  4. The website crashes under strain when there is above average traffic (bmi friday anyone?)
  5. The missing mileage form does not print correctly!

And the list goes on....
