If you want to make the mistake of confusing my personal comments shared here with you and others with how I conduct myself on the job, then you better check those oxygen tanks of yours. They're affecting your thinking.

I do not doubt you. It is about one on five that seem to be problems, at least in my experience. The four of you could very well be residing in that 80%.
Just do not deny that the 20% exists and that they are problems. It might even be 0% at your airports and 75% at some others, I have not done a detailed study, but the average is about 20% that are very, very difficult and stress inducers, not reducers.
