They are the same seats and are lie-flat, and the seat in front of you is fixed (with your video screen). It sounds like they didn't update the pitch from the old A340J seats on the 3 cabin planes. Everything is now 2 cabin. Nothing encroaches into your personal space, from your seatback, to the end of your "bed."
