Park Hyatt has joined the competition not too long ago. Apparently there are big incentives to those staff who are able to 'steal' guests from one of its competitors (i.e. from Shilla to Chosun, or from Chosun to Park Hyatt etc).
It's good to have competition... but I'm still of the view that Seoul does not have enough 5* properties, putting upward pressure on prices.
