I rarely recline my seat, but when I do, it's never fully reclined - only enough that the back is not vertical. Also, what bothers me, are those people who get out of their seats to spend time in the bathroom, but don't return their seat backs to the upright position - they leave them reclined even though they are not in them. That's when I make an effort to move it forward for them.
