It's not often that I jump in for an OP but
Swannie put it perfectly. I do take the point and it is quite funny - but seriously I blame the fact that these cabins are sold on luxury and frankly most of you don't believe it as you know what it is like as you have flown them - and No I don't think that we have been investing enough in the product and probably for very good reason. We now need to set the bar again. I truly think that the CW arrangement is one of the greatest feats of ergonomics going but it needs a revamp.
