I'll post my return trip later tonight. The catering out of CDG is really good.

As for STL vs JFK crews, didn't get to do a (very unscientific) comparison, but I know that there are some excellent JFK based crews.

The amenity kit consisted of socks, an eyeshade, toothbrush/toothpaste and maybe another item or two. At least the bag that they come in is recycled.
