I am on a CO tickt, but on UAL. I am P2 and I am not sure if this is correct, but my UDU should have been processed this morning at 7:30AM as SEA-IAD in F is only 1/2 full. I called and they told me that the UG is "Requested" at 72 hrs & will not confirm it. Agent said I will have to wait until I get to the gate that they can't confirm UDU. Is this normal?
The agent was correct in saying that you merely become eligible to be upgraded at the UDU window. If you are a 2P, I believe the window is 48 hrs. Keep checking back to see if you have been upgraded. If it doesn't clear before checkin, you will be on the list at the airport.
