Could be almost anything, including simply transporting equiptment in connection w. Presidential trip the next day. Might have recd departure priority or simply might have held outside of general departure line feeding from pax terminals so didn't get any priority, just looked that way. Even if it was the President (and it wasn't him if it was LGA yesterday), the delays for AF One are genuinely minimal.
