Left a bag on the jetway
I once forgot that I had GATE-CHECKED luggage on a commuter flight from somewhere to Cincinnati. Arrived Cincinnati and hopped on the shuttle to the main terminal from the commuter terminal.
THEN remembered I had gate-checked a bag.
Luckily had 1 hour to go before my connecting flight.
Went back to commuter terminal and luckily my bag was being held by a kind gate agent behind the counter.
Amazingly stupid.
Amazingly lucky.
Just amazingly amazing.
