I am fully aware that her (lost) GM upgrade LAX-ATL and the OpUp ATL-LHR are different. She lost the u/g when they rebooked the LAX flight...the OpUp was completely unexpected. And yes, I know price of the ticket is irrelevant, my point was that she got a very unexpected OpUp on a trip that was super cheap to begin with.
