I have nothing good to say about the AC gate agents in FRA and have flown other airlines solely to avoid travelling through FRA.
Flying on AC metal, AC GAs were known to upgrade Lufthansa flyers at the expense of AC Super Elites and Elites in the days of paper certs - hopefully with the e-upgrades they can't do that any more.
