I am at level 2 (1000/day limit) but I can't seem to get a $500 credit card transaction through. Every time it seems to let me send the money, but when the other party tries to accept it, there's a message that this transaction cannot be processed at this time, and it gets canceled. The last time I did that, there was a pending $500 charge on my card, so I am not sure what is happening here.
Have both parties validated their email and bank accounts? I had a similar thing happen and validating all the information solved the problem.
