I agree with you that they need new elevators and that the fron office staff is very friendly. I enjoyed my stay there two weeks ago. My only other complaint was that teh television sets in teh bedrooms were smaller that 19 inches. On your next visit to FLL, I suggest the Westin down the road. I am a platnium and they always upgrade me, in fact, this past Fall teh Buffalo Bills were staying there and I was given teh Presidential suite
