Correct, they will only let you fund $100 a day from a credit card source, max $250 funding per month from a credit card source, no matter what account level you are at. You can only reach $1000/day and $2500/month by funding from a checking/saving account, not a debit/credit card. They mostly thought ahead, including the sending money to a person, mostly.
