I booked a King Deluxe room and was upgraded to a King Magnificent Mile Suite on the 20th floor. I received a fruit plate, water and a box of chocolates. In addition they provided free internet, which I thought was only for RA's.

I wish they had a dedicated elite check-in line/area, but overall a nice stay.
