This is pretty unambiguous to me. While you could fund your account with a CC without incurring the load fee during the promotional period, funding the account and then immediately withdrawing via ACH, cash, etc. is a pretty clear abuse of the terms.

I would be unsurprised to see frozen funds, closed accounts, or other penalties that don't seem worth the rewards points on $2500/month. Do this at your own risk.
