I don't think you are getting it at all. There are only 2 types of revenue standby catagories inconvienced DL pax (B1) and medallions same day standby (SDSB). It has always been and forever will be that inconvenced pax will go ahead of meadallion standbys. Within B1's fare medallion status and fare class are the deciding order.....SDSB works the same way but the two are not combined within each other.
Seems like you are mixing what the OT has been with standby which are two different beasts.
