I've been saying that they pump "rage" directly into EWR for years.... they must be pumping it into the aircraft as well now
Seriously though, just getting through the airport to the flight makes people edgy. Long lines, nasty parking shuttle drivers, TSA-holes.... wondering if your underpants have been stolen out of your checked bag. It makes people cranky.
