2/20 order on hold for 2 days, i cancelled
2/22 re-ordered, on hold for 8 days, i cancelled
3/2 re-ordered, still on hold.
in the meantime, my first order was made on 2/23, and received on 3/2.
Billing & shipping addresses are unique to both accounts.
I had an order that was on hold for 8 days and I cancelled it on 3/2 (I had an order ship out in January that was never charged and it hit my am ex last week and I thought maybe that had something to do with the other order being on hold so long) and did a new order and the 3/2 order is on hold. Does this mean that that my 3/2 will not ship and I have to cancel and wait 10 days to place a new order????? My order that was on hold for 8 days never did get authorized but there is a pending transaction for the 3/2 order with Am Ex.
