I doubt as the special price (both MMB and airport) I always pay for the LHR-ATH service is 150 pounds oneway. If you want to do it for the lounge do it just on the flight LHR-LCA and not on the way back, LCA lounge is nothing special.
Both destinations are on the same Euro Band so I assume that the upgrade price will be the same.
