I got my Hilton Premium Club membership few days ago (with Complimentary Executive Floor Upgrade vouchers).
Now, I scanned to hotel the vouchers and they gave me that mail (somebody Kingkarn Sarika):

Hmm, I'm not very happy, because I hope that I get instantly upgrade to Executive Room and will able to access to Panorama Lounge.
I don't understand, why different workers say different things.
Can Putra or anybody give me a advise?
