They are not that bad. I have been to a few of them when on vacation to get some free stuff.
They talk to you about the program for 20min, go show you a property, 30min. Take you back and try to sell you. The first guy is going to be the same guy that you started out with and basically he will explain how the pricing and stuff works, but cant really negotiate. Then a second guy comes in and he will sweeten the deal a lot to try to entice you to buy.
Just say, im not interested in making a purchasing decision on the spot today. and your done.
