I stayed there in August last year. This is a nice Four Points, quite new and well maintained. Location is fine, only a few miles from the Banff National Park entrance.
Got a "superior" room on the top floor. it was quite large and clean. Got a good feeling about the hotel considering it was a Four Points.
Staff was friendly and helpful when I needed advice about restaurants in town.
