As mentioned above, open the boxes. And ensure that 10 rolls are in each, prior to going inside. Some Chase banks run a magnet against each roll to "ensure none are fake." I dislike going to this bank b/c it adds a few minutes to the transaction, but it's so convenient for me.

In central PA, my mom said several farmer's markets have coin stands that are trying to sell these for $1.50-$2 each. She tried to sell them rolls at $1.20 each ($30/roll) and they laughed at her... hey, it was worth a shot!
