I wouldn't pay over $100, unless you had 4 people in the room. Personally, I'd value the club at $30-$40 per person, per day, if you're going to eat the breakfast and happyhour stuff. If you're going to be out and about most of the time, I wouldn't stress about it at all, and just forget paying anything extra.
