As sbm12, said, it's anything that doesn't have a BusinessFirst cabin. Which means you can't get from the US to Asia/Oceania on these because HNL-GUM would not qualify as it's a BF flight. But you could get to HNL via LAX/SNA. And Central/South America is fine too, except for GIG, GRU, EZE and LIM.
