People are forever guessing what the new ipads will have.

They guess everything Verizon / GSM / 4G / Camera and this way, they can always be partially right. The Verizon model was not LTE, it did not have dual cameras, it did not do GSM, etc.

Until Apple actually makes the announcement with specs it's just a bunch of carefully controlled rumors I believe Apple has an entire PR team managing to keep interest high.
