My idea:

EUA remains for all elites.
Gold and higher can access E+ for free anytime, Silver from OLCI. (There will be way too many elites. Perhaps that could also be for specific, elite-heavy routes instead, and all other routes, all elites can access E+ for free.)
Before OLCI, Silvers can book E+ for a discount of what kettles can book it for.
What's currently ELRs are regular E-, and can be accessed for free by all elites.
Elites in E- will be notified before kettles about seats that open up in E+ after elites are EUAed.
Current Y/B/M rules remain in effect.
E+ will have increased legroom, free DTV, free snack (similar to B6,) and more padded seat.
E- will be leather seats!
