The ExecPlat desk said this was incorrect and sent the issue to the AC department at AA.
If she didn't recognized it, she should have not refused to contact a supervisor.
It's not like she knows everything. I don't know everything at my job, but I know how to ask other people. This is not a good way to handle this.
